Booger Sugar is comprised of Vincent Cheap(fight spider with spider) playing banjo and Garret Carlin on drums. Booger Sugar is a multi media instrumental live project using films and projections to illustrate the history of the Reagan era’s ridiculous “just say no” campaign as well as the foolish public service announcements that followed through out the 1980’s.
